In this case, the practice of illegal abortion uses a different mode than usual. This is because the husband and wife use their home as the location for the abortion.

The ilegel context in this case is because IR is not a doctor or health worker. So, it is certain that he does not have permission to have an abortion.

"(Having an abortion) is only based on the experience of the person having worked in an abortion clinic in 2000," said Yusri.

Based on the results of the interim examination, the husband and wife admitted that they had only been practicing illegal abortion for four days. But referring to the examination data, there are already five people who have become patients.

"We are still investigating because we admitted that they had only been at his house for four days. But five patients had abortions. And the fifth one was arrested. Later we will explore, five have already had abortion practices," said Yusri.

So, in this case the police suspect the husband and wife with Article 194 in conjunction with Article 75 Law No. 36 concerning Health in conjunction with Article 77 Law No. 35 concerning Amendments to Law Number 23 concerning Child Protection, juntco Article 83 in conjunction with Article 64 concerning Health Workers with a threat of 5 years jail.
