Youth Brawl In Matraman Brings Umbrellas Criticized By Warganet, Police Say There Are No Reports And Victims
JAKARTA - A group of youths equipped with various sharp weapons, types of sickles and blunt objects to umbrellas carried out a brawl on Pisangan Baru Street, near Jangkrik Market, Pisangan Baru Village, Matraman District, East Jakarta, Sunday, October 15.

In the video footage, it can be seen that a group of youths equipped with various sharp weapons were running back and forth allegedly carrying out a brawl. In addition to holding a sickle type knife, one person among the youths also brought an umbrella.
Suddenly the uploaded video footage received an intriguing response from netizens. Not a few netizens blasphemed the perpetrators of the brawl.

Meanwhile, the brawl case was not reported to the Matraman Police Headquarters. The police also stated that there were no casualties or injuries due to the brawl.
Head of Public Relations of the Matraman Police, Ipda Bambang Zainudin, confirmed that there was a brawl between youths in the Jalan Pisangan Baru area, Pisangan Baru Village.
"While not yet (no perpetrator has been arrested). There are no reports and victims," he said when confirmed by VOI, Sunday, October 15.
