Eka Sari Lorena Sues PT Pos Logistik IDR 471 Million

JAKARTA - PT Eka Sari Lorena Transport Tbk sued PT Pos Logistik Indonesia. Eka Sari Lorena's lawsuit against a subsidiary of PT Pos Indonesia was registered at the Central Jakarta District Court with case number 86/Pdt.G/2021/PN Jkt.Pst.

Quoted from the Case Tracking Information System (SIPP) page of the Central Jakarta District Court, Tuesday, February 9, this lawsuit was filed on February 5, 2021.

Eka Sari Lorena not only sued Pos Logistik Indonesia, but also two other parties. They are Askiwan alias Askiwan Bin Suwardi Alm, and PT Bhayangkara Satria Perkasa.

In her petitum, Eka Sari Lorena asked the Central Jakarta District Court to accept and grant the plaintiff's claim entirely, stating that Defendant II had committed an act against the plaintiff's law, and stated that the Defendant had committed unlawful acts against the Plaintiff.

In addition, Eka Sari Lorena also asked the Central Jakarta District Court to sentence all defendants to be responsible for covering all material losses suffered by the plaintiff of IDR 471.8 million.
