Police Will Examine Doctors In Case Of Alleged Malpractice Alvaro Daren

JAKARTA - The police will examine medical personnel, including doctors, who are related to the case of the death of Benediktus Alvaro Darren. The examination is to find out whether there is a criminal offense.Benediktus Alvaro Darren is a seven-year-old boy who died due to the alleged diagnosis of a brain stem after undergoing a safedel operation at Kartika Husada Hospital, Bekasi. Ade only mentioned that the investigative team from the Subdut Indag of the Special Criminal Investigation Directorate had made a series of examination schedules that were running this week. "This week has been scheduled by the investigation team of the Sub-Directorate of the Indag Ditreskrimsus Polda Metro Jaya to invite clarification of the reporters and witnesses," said Ade.

Meanwhile, the death of Benedict Alvaro Darren has been reported by his parents to the Polda Metro Jaya. The report was registered with the number LP/B/5814/IX/2023/SPKT POLDA METRO JAYA dated September 29, 2023. In that report, the reported party was suspected of committing a criminal act of malpractice or negligence.
