Kompolnas Visits Kaltara Regarding The Case Of The Death Of The Police Chief Brigadier SH
The National Police Commission (Kompolnas) plans to visit North Kalimantan Province (Kaltara) regarding the death of Brigadier SH, the personal bodyguard of the Kaltara Police Chief Inspector General Daniel Adityajaya, next week.
"We are still waiting for the results of scientific crime investigation (scientific investigation), especially regarding the victim's cellphone, DNA, and so on," said Daily Chairman of Kompolnas Benny Mamoto in Jakarta, quoted by ANTARA, Tuesday, October 3.
Benny said the investigation took about a week. Therefore, he hopes that based on these calculations, next week Kompolnas can visit Kaltara regarding the case of Brigadier SH.
He said that Kompolnas had previously participated in overseeing the reconstruction and processing of the crime scene and meeting the victim's family.
Benny also asked the public to be patient in waiting for the results of the investigation, especially because the analysis of the victim's cellphone has not been completed.
"Later, when it is finished, the results will be conveyed. There are things that we cannot convey, because it is not good if we precede the Police (in announcing related information)," he said.
Kompolnas recommended inviting the victim's family and lawyers at the time of the announcement of the results of the scientific investigation.
