VIDEO: The Seconds Of The Constitutional Court Reject Five Lawsuits For Job Creation

JAKARTA - The Constitutional Court rejected five cases that sued Law Number 6 of 2023 concerning Stipulation of Government Regulations in Lieu of Law Number 2 of 2022 concerning Job Creation into Law (UU Cipta Kerja).

The five cases rejected were Case Number 54/PUU-XXI/2023, 50/PUU-XXI/2023, 46/PUU-XXI/2023, 41/PUU-XXI/2023, and 40/PUU-XXI/2023. The decision was decided in the trial for the pronunciation of the decision/determination at the Constitutional Court Building RI, Jakarta, Monday (2/10). Watch the video below.
