JAKARTA - The Narcotics Unit of the Tanjung Priok Police arrested the dangdut singer Ridho Rhoma for being involved in drug abuse. He was arrested on February 4 after the police received information from the public.
Head of Public Relations at Polda Metro Jaya, Kombes Yusri Yunus, said that the RR perpetrators had shifted from Tanjung Priok, North Jakarta to Fraser's apartment in the South Jakarta area.

"Then the body was searched and clothes were found in the front pocket of the right side of a pair of Malboro cigarette packs containing 3 ecstasy pills," said Yusri.
Due to this incident, the son of the dangdut music legend Rhoma Irama was taken to the Tanjung Priok Police for further investigation. For his actions, Ridho has been threatened with Article 112 Paragraph 1 sub Article 127 Paragraph 1 of the NRI Law Number 35 Year 2009 concerning Narcotics
Article 112 paragraph 1 of the Law reads, every person who without rights or against the law owns the possession of or provides non-plant narcotics class 1 shall be punished with imprisonment for a minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 12 years and a fine of at least 800 million and a maximum of 800 billion. .
Meanwhile, Article 127 1 of the Republic of Indonesia Law Number 35 of 2009 concerning narcotics states that every abuse of narcotics class 1 for oneself shall be punished with imprisonment of up to 4 years.
