Menpora Dito Welcomes And Appreciates The Achievements Of The Qarrar Firhand Striker At The 2023 Italian Cup Rok Championships

JAKARTA - The Minister of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Indonesia (Menpora RI) Dito Ariotedjo received an audience of young Indonesian Pegokar Qarhar Firhand Ali who won second place in the 2023 Italian Rok Cup junior class round 7 at the Franciacorta Circuit, Brescia, Italy, last Sunday 6 August.

Qarrar Firhand came to the Ministry of Youth and Sports accompanied by his parents Firhand Ali and Aimma Fatimah and Manager Jimmy Akbar in his office, 10th Floor, Kemenpora, Jakarta, Tuesday 22 August afternoon.

To Menpora Dito, Firhand Ali said that Qarrar at the age of 8-10 years had 3 years consecutive national champions. At the age of 11 he moved to Italy. "When he was 12 years old, I decided he went up to Junior. The reason was that he had experience for a year. Even though it was hard, he already had experience," he said.

Qarrar fell into the Junior category, the participants were children aged 12-15 years. "Alhamdulillah, this year he won at the age of 12 in the 2023 Italian Rok Cup championship in the 7th Junior class at the Franciacorta circuit, Brescia, Italy," he explained.

According to him, Qarrar continues to strive to improve his performance in accelerating his steps in pursuing achievements in the racing world with the target of becoming a Formula racer.

Meanwhile, Qarrar asked for his support and prayers to Menpora Dito. "Om asks for his prayers and support because tomorrow I will want to go back to Italy," said Qarrar.

Responding to this, Menpora Dito welcomed the success of young Indonesian striker Qarrar Firhand Ali who won the second podium position in the Junior class at the 2023 Italian Cup Skirt championship.

"I congratulate our younger brother, Qarrar Firhand Ali. Qarrar has now won second place in the 2023 Italian Cup Rok Cup round 7 championship in the Junior class," he said.

"Qarrar plans to participate in two more championships in the Junior class. Pray and we support Qarrar to achieve his highest career, namely being a Formula 1 racer," he continued.

Menpora Dito said he was happy to hear various developments and also Qarrar's ways of preparing himself for the 2023 Italian Cup Rok championship.

"I am happy with Qarrar's development which is getting better. And Qarrar's way of preparing himself has already used Sport Science. This can also be an inspiration for the development of sports motorcycle athletes in Indonesia. Once again congratulations to Qarra, hopefully the target will be achieved," he concluded.
