Menpora Dito Accompanied President Jokowi To Confirm Paskibraka In 2023

JAKARTA - The Minister of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Indonesia (Menpora RI) Dito Ariotedjo, also accompanied the President of the Republic of Indonesia Joko Widodo at the 2023 National Heritage Flag-raising Troops (Paskibraka) inauguration Ceremony at the Merdeka Palace, Jakarta, Tuesday 15 August afternoon.

The inauguration of the central-level Paskibraka participants began with singing the song Nationality of Indonesia Raya. Then, it was followed by a moment of silence led by the Ceremony Trustee, President Joko Widodo.

Furthermore, the members of Paskibraka 2023 said the Indonesian Youth Pledge guided by the Head of the Pancasila Ideology Development Agency (BPIP) Yudian Wahyudi. Kachina Ozora, Paskibraka, a daughter from Palangka Raya, was appointed as the leader of the Paskibraka Inauguration Ceremony.

Then, President Joko Widodo continued with the submission of the statement of the 2023 National Paskibraka inauguration.

"By requesting the pleasure of Allah Almighty, today, I will strengthen the Heritage Flag-raising Troops who will serve at the Merdeka Palace on August 17 in 2023. May God give grace and ease in the task of the state," said President Joko Widodo.

After giving the statement of inauguration, President Joko Widodo pinned the badge to the ceremonial leader. This embedding was carried out symbolically as a sign of the inauguration of the 2023 National Paskibraka.

After the inauguration, President Jokowi accompanied by First Lady Iriana Joko Widodo, Vice President Ma'ruf Amin and Mrs. Wury Ma'ruf Amin followed by Menpora Dito, the Head of BPIP and invited guests to congratulate him, the President seemed to be talking and at a glance giving directions.

Also present on this occasion were the 5th President of the Republic of Indonesia Megawati Soekarnoputri, the TNI Commander Admiral Yudo Margono, the National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo, Sesmenpora Gunawan Suswantoro and Deputy for Youth Development Asrorun Ni'am Sholeh, as well as ministers and other invited guests.
