Ganjar Pranowo Central Java Initiator Only At Home Appreciation For Isran Noor Makes East Kalimantan Movement Sterile For 2 Days
SEMARANG - Central Java Governor Ganjar Pranowo appreciated the Provincial Governments of West Java and East Kalimantan who participated in implementing the Two Days at Home Movement on February 6-7. This movement is an effort to reduce the number of COVID-19 cases.
"It's good, it means this when the President says how come the PPKM is not optimal, we should have made improvisations. And of course it would be great if the movement was carried out in one area," he said in Semarang, quoted by Antara, Friday, February 5.
Ganjar imagines that if the Movement at Home Only can be done simultaneously at least throughout Java-Bali, then of course the impact in reducing the number of positive cases of COVID-19 will be even better.
"I have great respect, and I believe it will help a lot. Yes, of course there are many technical matters that must be resolved before carrying out the movement," he said.
Regarding the plan to implement the Central Java Movement at Home Only from tomorrow, Ganjar said that until now there are still pros and cons, especially since the policies taken by several local governments are also not uniform, some have closed completely, some are still opening several public facilities.
"Tomorrow my guess is that there are some that are very strict, but there are some that are a bit loose. I ask that the judicial operation be tightened so that improvements can be made," he said.
Ganjar acknowledged that the Central Java Movement at Home alone could not be carried out uniformly, not because it was not as firm as some parties had hoped, but because the actual aim of the movement was to invite the public to participate.
"So, at the end of the second PPKM, let's be a little strict, give a little sacrifice of time, we give a little respect to the heroes of COVID-19 so they can be helped. Hopefully this can be a success," he said.
Previously reported, Central Java Governor Ganjar Pranowo invited all Central Java people to stay at home for two days and through the Central Java Movement at Home Only it is hoped that it can reduce crowds and positive numbers of COVID-19.
The Central Java Movement at Home Only will be held on February 6-7, 2021 through Circular Number 443.5 / 0001933 concerning increasing discipline and tightening health protocols on the implementation of phase II restrictions on community activities (PPKM) in Central Java.
