VIDEO: Bribery And Gratification Case, Lukas Enembe Demanded 10 Years 6 Months In Prison

JAKARTA - Former Papua Governor Lukas Enembe is considered convoluted in giving testimony during the trial. This is one of the burdensome considerations for the public prosecutor in prosecuting Lukas Enembe with a prison sentence of 10 years and a fine of Rp. 1 billion. The KPK public prosecutor asked the panel of judges to try and declare that Lukas Enembe was legally and convincingly proven to have accepted a bribe of Rp45.8 billion and a gratuity of Rp1.9 billion.
