VIDEO: Proven Guilty, Mario Dandy Sentenced To 12 Years In Prison For Persecution David Ozora

JAKARTA - The defendant Mario Dandy Satriyo was sentenced to 12 years in prison in the case of David Ozora's persecution. He was also charged with a restitution fee of Rp25 billion. The panel of judges at the South Jakarta District Court assessed that Mario had been legally and convincingly proven to have committed severe abuse against David. Mario is considered to have violated Article 355 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph (1) of the 1st Criminal Code. Watch the video below.
