The KPK Ensures That The Bag Of Ex-Director Of TransJakarta Is Involved In Allegations Of Corruption In The PKH Rice Social Assistance
The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has confirmed that it has evidence of the actions of the suspects in the corruption case of social assistance (bansos) for the Family Hope Program (PKH) at the Ministry of Social Affairs (Kemensos).
Including, the involvement of the former President Director (Managing Director) of PT Bhanda Ghara Reksa (BGR) Logistics as well as former President Director of PT Transjakarta, M Kuncoro Wibowo.
This assurance was conveyed by the Head of the KPK News Section Ali Fikri in response to Kuncoro's rebuttal. In his statement, Kuncoro claimed that all shipments of rice social assistance had been received 100 percent by beneficiary families.
"The KPK certainly has strong evidence of the alleged corruption in question," Ali told reporters, Wednesday, August 30.
Kuncoro continued Ali did have the right to defend himself as a suspect. However, Kuncoro should have conveyed it at trial.
Moreover, all allegations against Kuncoro will be stated in the indictment after the investigation process is complete. "We hope that he (Kuncoro, ed) will also convey it (defense, ed) before the panel of judges," he said.

The KPK has named six people as suspects in the alleged corruption in the distribution of PKH rice assistance at the Ministry of Social Affairs (Kemensos). They are the former President Director (Managing Director) of PT Bhanda Ghara Reksa (BGR) Logistics who is also the former President Director of PT Transjakarta, M Kuncoro Wibowo (MKW); Chairman of the Advisory Team of PT Primalayan Teknologi Persada (PTP) Ivo Wongkaren (IW).
Then, the Commercial Director of PT BGR, Budi Susanto (BS); Vice President (VP) Operation of PT BGR, April Chuniawan (AC); Chairman of the Advisory Team of PT PTP, Roni Ramdani (RR); and GM PT PTP, Richard Cahyanto (RC). Of that number, three have been detained, namely Ivo, Roni, and Richard.
In this case, the KPK revealed that there was a state loss of up to Rp. 127.5 billion. Meanwhile, Ivo, Richard, and Roni received a profit of Rp. 18.8 billion and investigators will still investigate.
