Police Stop Oral Sex Cases At The Central Jakarta Vocational High School 34 Stop, The Woman Turns Out To Be Pregnant

JAKARTA - The Central Jakarta Metro Police has stopped the case of alleged immoral acts at the Public Vocational High School (SMKN) 34 bus stop because the perpetrator, MA (22), has a mental disorder.

"Because the Supreme Court cannot be held accountable (due to mental disorders) legally, it is not further processed", Head of the Central Jakarta Metro Police Chief AKBP Burhanuddin was quoted by Antara, Tuesday, February 2.

During a medical examination, a surprising fact was found that MA was apparently pregnant.

"The person concerned is also about 35 weeks pregnant", said Burhanuddin.

Currently, the Central Jakarta Metro Police is still coordinating with related agencies for the best further handling of the Supreme Court.

Even though the Supreme Court case was stopped, Burhanuddin said he would still pursue the male perpetrator who was involved in immoral acts with the Supreme Court.

"We continue to explore it", said Burhanuddin.

Previously, the police on Monday, January 25, arrested a perpetrator who was suspected of engaging in immoral acts at the bus stop at SMKN 34, a 22 year old girl with the initials MA.

"The suspect often sits around there (SMKN 34 Shelter). Then the boy often passes around there and is invited to do immoral acts", said Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of Central Jakarta Metro Police, AKBP Burhanuddin at the Central Jakarta Metro Police Headquarters.

Information on the case originated from a viral video on social media and is thought to have occurred on the evening of Thursday, January 21.

Senen Police Station immediately reported to the Central Jakarta Metro Police and traced the characteristics of the two perpetrators to the surrounding community on Jalan Kramat Raya.

MA was finally secured when she was again found circulating around the SMKN 34 bus stop and ended up undergoing a mental examination at the Kramat Jati Police Hospital.
