YOGYAKARTA The Head of the IKN Infrastructure Development Task Force of the Ministry of PUPR Danis Hidayat shared the details of the progress of IKN batch 1 development.
Danis said that the progress of the development of the Nusantara National Capital (IKN) area has now reached 40 percent until August 10, 2023.
"There are 78 total work packages in 2020-2024 that Batch 1, especially those that start working. Batch 1 has 39 packages with a value of IDR 24 trillion, the progress is 40.0131 percent," said Danis at the PUPR Ministry Building, Jakarta on Friday, August 18, 2023, quoted by VOI.
Danis said that the construction of the IKN Batch 1 area was a contracted package from 2020 to March 2023.
The project that is included in Batch 1 is the construction of the Sepaku Semoi Dam which will be used as a water resource.
This dam in a structure and overall manner has been completed. It is hoped that later it will be able to produce (water filling) in September 2023 and inaugurated around October-November.
Furthermore, the flood management project has minimal development because there are problems in land acquisition.
Likewise, the reservoir development project in the Central Government Core Area (KIPP) is somewhat hampered due to land, which is only around 20 percent progress.
Next, the construction of the national axis of progress has reached around 40 percent.
"It's faster (development) on the west axis. Although there are some things that haven't been done, we can speed it up," said Danis.
"Then, the 5A 39.33 percent toll road. Then, the 3A segment toll road has started to progress, the land acquisition has started to improve. The realization is 14.6 percent, as well as the 3B IKN segment toll road. already 30 percent or faster, "he said again.
Danis said that in the ranks of the project project, the Directorate General of Human Settlements has the construction of the State Palace with a progress of 21.7 percent development, then the Presidential Office has 25.79 percent, and the Presidential Secretariat Building has reached 22.31 percent.
The average of the progress of this development project is faster than has been targeted.
"The arrangement of the national axis has also reached 53 percent. I think it will be completed by the end of this year. The Ministry of State Secretary's office building has reached 15 percent or faster than the plan," he said.
Meanwhile, the construction of the Coordinating Ministry (Kemenko) 1 building has reached 12.8 percent. Coordinating Ministry for 3 has 9 percent, Coordinating Ministry for 4 has 13 percent, and the construction of the Ministerial Position Tax House (RTJM) has recorded progress of 21.4 percent.
For the Balang Island Bridge, the progress has reached 37 percent. This project had encountered problems in the construction of the foundation.
Next, there is also the construction of a dock that has reached 87 percent. This project is targeted for completion in October 2023.
"The late ones are the Balang Island Bridge, Sepaku Semoi Dam, IPAL, and reservoirs. So we can catch up with 4 packages relatively, but overall this package 1 is on schedule which is 40 percent," said Danis.
Regarding the progress of IKN batch 2 development, the average is still in the process of making contracts. One of them is for ASN flats, which take a fairly large portion of investment in this second development package.
Danis said that the construction of the ASN flat will begin to sign the contract next week.
"What is quite large in package 2 is for ASN housing with 47 towers and 6A toll roads, 6B. Actually, ASN (development) signed the contract yesterday, August 16, but somewhat resigned, even though the auction was finished," he explained.
"So, overall the Batch 1 package on schedule is 40 percent. Of the 38 packages, there are 4 that are late, I don't think there is a problem," concluded Danis.
