Citing the official website of the Mataram District Court, the first trial of two suspects in the corruption case of metrology tools and other facilities at the Disperindag Dompu has been registered by the public prosecutor on Wednesday, August 16.

In the agenda of the inaugural trial, on Thursday, August 24, nine prosecutors were included in the ranks of the public prosecutors. They come from the Dompu District Attorney (Kajari) and the NTB High Prosecutor's Office (Kejati).

In this corruption case, three suspects have been named, apart from HI alias Iskandar and Yanrik, there are suspects Sri Suzana alias SS whose files have not been P21.

The suspect Iskandar is the former Head of the Trade Division at the Dompu Disperindag acting as the project's technical implementing officer (PPTK), as well as the suspect Yanrik as project implementer.

Meanwhile, the suspect Sri Suzana is the former Head of the Dompu Disperindag who acts as the power user of the budget (KPA) as well as the project commitment maker (PPK) official in the 2018 fiscal year.

Previously, Spokesperson for the NTB Prosecutor's Office, Efrien Saputera, previously said investigators had not said Sri Suzana had not been P21 because she had a vertigo disease, so she was treated at the Dompu Regency Hospital.

However, related to the reasons stating that Sri Suzana had a vertigo, she did not include the results of laboratory checks from the hospital.

Efrien said that in the near future investigators plan to coordinate with hospitals and specialist doctors to ensure Sri Suzana's health condition.

"So, before the second stage is carried out on Sri Suzana, investigators will re-determine her health condition through a specialist in internal and nerve diseases," he said.

On the one hand, before the files of the two suspects Iskandar and Yanrik P21, the suspect Sri Suzana submitted a pretrial effort to the Dompu District Court (PN).

These legal remedies are registered with case registration number: 7/Pid.Pra/2023/PN Dpu, dated August 8, 2023.
