JAKARTA - The General Election Supervisory Agency (Bawaslu) of South Kalimantan stated that it had handled the violation report argued by candidate pair Denny Indrayana and Difriadi. As a result, the handling process was stopped because it did not fulfill the element of violation.
Head of South Kalimantan Bawaslu Erna Kasypiah in the election dispute trial at the Constitutional Court (MK) Building said that the report of alleged violations of the use of COVID-19 social assistance by the candidate for governor of South Kalimantan, Sahbirin Noor, did not fulfill the element of violation after a case was filed.
Meanwhile, for the argument for the abuse of the water reservoir program for the campaign, Bawaslu of South Kalimantan and Bawaslu of cities / regencies throughout South Kalimantan did not receive reports or find violations.
Furthermore, the argument for the misuse of the slogan "Move" in local government programs which later became the campaign slogan of the incumbent candidate pair, South Kalimantan Bawaslu also stopped the report because it did not fulfill the element of violation.
The results of supervision over allegations of law enforcement being unfair, transparent and contrary to statutory regulations reported by the Denny Indiyana-Difriadi pair were terminated after South Kalimantan Bawaslu examined seven violations handling reports related to the allegation.
