Brigadier General Prasetijo Admits Being Expelled From Tommy Sumardi: Star 1 Is Out, This Is A 3 Star Business

JAKARTA - The defendant in the case of alleged bribery for red notice removal, Brigadier General Prasetijo Utomo, admitted that Tommy Sumardi was kicked out of the office of Inspector General Napoleon Bonaparte. Tommy is Joko Tjandra's colleague who helps with the management of red notice.

During the trial, Brigadier General Prasetijo Utomo told about the meeting between Tommy Sumardi and Inspector General Napoleon Bonaparte.

At that time, Brigadier General Prasetijo was asked to introduce and accompany Tommy to meet with Inspector General Napoleon Bonaparte in his office.

"I will take part in (the office) I introduce, this general (Napoleon) is Mr. Haj Tommy who wants to appear," said Prasetijo during a trial at the Tipokor Court, Jakarta, Monday, February 1.

In that room, said Prasetijo, they initially discussed various things. One of them is about Tommy Sumardi's health condition.

But not long after that, Tommy asked him to leave the room. Tommy Sumardi argued that he would discuss business with Inspector General Napoleon.

"Then for a while, I was told to leave, please help 1 star out first, this is 3 star business," said Prasetijo, imitating Tommy Sumardi's statement.

However, at that time, Prasetijo thought it was just a joke. He also came out because by chance he really wanted to go to the toilet.

With this condition, Prasetijo emphasized that he did not know anything that was being discussed by Tommy Sumardi and Napoleon. He said he was outside the room for a few minutes.

Finally, the bell that Inspector General Napoleon used to call his staff rang. That's when Prasetijo walked back into the room and joined the conversation.

"(Talking) About COVID-19, I have never heard of anything special. After our meeting went home, I went to my office, Mr. Hajj (Tommy) came home I don't know," he said.
