Sumbawa NTB Police Name 6 Corruption Suspects For The Development Of The Ropang Health Center
SUMBAWA - Investigator of the Sumbawa Resort Police, West Nusa Tenggara, named six suspects in the alleged corruption case in the construction project of the Rupang Community Health Center (Puskesmas) building for the 2019 fiscal year.Head of the Public Relations Section of the Sumbawa Police, Ipda Dwi Nuryanto, confirmed the determination of six suspects in the case. "Yes, that's right. There are six suspects," Dwi said by telephone, as reported by Antara, Wednesday, August 2.The six suspects in this case are the official commitment maker with the initials ZU (48), the implementing contractor who acts as the director with the initials JN (48), the recipient of the project attorney with the initials ZA (44), and three other suspects from the procurement service unit (ULP) with the initials HP (47), YB (50), and RD (44).Following up on the determination, investigators have detained one of the six suspects, namely JN. JN's detention was deposited in Sumbawa Prison.The construction project for this health facility building uses the Ministry of Health's IDR 6.4 billion Special Allocation Fund (DAK) budget.In implementing the work contract, the implementing contractor gives power to suspect ZA. In the development process, it was revealed that there was an alleged delay in the work, causing job deviation to reach 53 percent of the disbursement of 65 percent of the budget.With this deviation, the financial audit agency (BPK) issued a letter of warning to the health office and the inspectorate until there was a recovery of Rp. 50 million from the findings of state losses of Rp. 947 million.
The police then withdrew this issue to the legal process. Handling begins in 2021.
