Pertamina Needs To Regenerate Prospective Leaders In The Refinery Directorate
JAKARTA - The General Chairman of the Indonesian Young Entrepreneurs Association (BPP HIPMI), Mardani H. Maming, revealed that Pertamina needs to regenerate prospective leaders to lead Pertamina within the Directorate of Processing.
According to him, currently senior leaders at Pertamina have retired, so that organizationally they have lost a lot. For senior replacements to enter at the managerial level, this organization must be filled with people appropriately.
The trick, said Maming, is by making improvements in the organization, so that people who will occupy the chair of leadership are equipped with good insights, training, insights and insights.
Therefore, he considered, leadership insight was one of the important sessions in the GM Academy Program at the Directorate of Processing at PT. Pertamina (Persero). In this session, the participants gained new insights about the importance of young people becoming leaders in a company.
"Now we agree, in the next 5 to 10 years, leaders are young people. Then we face the era of demographic bonuses. Every professional in a company must have an entrepreneur mindset," said Maming, in a statement received, Thursday, February 20.

The GM Academy event was created to improve technical capabilities, so that retired workers can transfer knowledge and coaching to existing workers.
