Father And 2 Children Found Dead At Home In Blitar
BLITAR - The Blitar Police Team, East Java, investigated the findings of a family who was found dead in the house. The body of this family has been evacuated from the funeral home in Sumberjo Village.
Blitar Police Chief AKBP Leonard M Sinambela said that this incident was initially known from the victim's neighbor who received a call from the victim's first child, Enok (30) who worked in Timor Leste. Enok asked neighbors to check the whereabouts of his family.
"Following up on the community report, it was suspected that the initial report was a suicide. We checked at the scene of the crime, and it was found that there were three people, the owner of the house and two children. Their condition has passed away," said AKBP Leonard as quoted by Antara, Friday, January 29.
The three victims were Suyani (67) and her two children named Nanda Finza Fransisca (22) and Samuel Ardyan Pradana (10). They live in Sumberjo Village, Kademangan District, Blitar Regency.
The police chief said that Suyani, the father of the two children, was found hanging in the room. Meanwhile, his two children were found in another room who had also died.
"The owner of the house died by hanging himself, then his two children in one room (the other room) were dead," he said.
The police also immediately processed the crime scene (TKP) at that location. Officers also checked the condition of the body. The victim's body was found bruises on the neck. However, they can also occur when strangled. Meanwhile, in boys issued foam in the mouth.
"That is what we will check through the autopsy process to determine the factors causing it," he said.
AKBP Leonard said that at the location of the victim's house, officers did not find any signs of forced entry. The victim's motorized vehicle was still neatly parked. The motor key also includes a certain amount of money.
"So, according to the witness' testimony, in front (front door) the conditions were locked so that through the back road (back door). It was indeed an emergency door, there was no key. Then the victim's belongings were also there, the motorbike was parked, the key was inside. so this is what we will further investigate the process, "he said.
His party continues to explore the case including deepening information from neighbors and families. With that, it is hoped that the case can be revealed. The police have also installed a police line at the location to facilitate investigation.
