Harun Masiku Who Is Said To Be Hidden

JAKARTA - The independent joint team formed by the Ministry of Law and Human Rights revealed that as many as 120,661 data on the crossing of people from Terminal 2F Soekarno Hatta International Airport had not been detected by the Directorate General of Immigration. Because, there is data unsynchronization. However, some parties believe Harun Masiku's fugitive is hidden.

Member of Commission III of the DPR, the Democratic Party faction, Benny K Harman, criticized the work of the Minister of Law and Human Rights Yasonna Laoly with no data on 120,661 people.

Benny believes that Harun was hidden by certain parties. Because, it is not impossible that if Harun is caught, he will reveal the involvement of many larger parties.

"It's clear, really, want to lie again. Yasonna is clearly committing public fraud," said Benny at Nusantara II Building, Parliament Complex, Jakarta, Wednesday, February 19.

Benny said that the reason for the system error was unacceptable, because it coincided with the Harun case. From the start, Benny suspected that a joint fact-finding team for Harun Masiku's return was formed to justify Yasonna Laoly's alibi.

"The statement by the Director General of Immigration is very clear. The investigation carried out by Tempo is very clear that Masiku was at the PTIK area on January 8," he said.

"The investigation team should not be used to justify alibis which, in common sense, do not make sense in the public's mind," he continued.

Therefore, he urged the government and law enforcement officials to focus on arresting Harun. Not just disclosing data that did not make the case unfold.

"If they fail to find these people, then the conclusion is correct that this new version of the KPK is deliberately weakened," he said.

Endanger national security

Member of Commission III Taufik Basari said that 120,661 unregistered migrants at Soekarno Hatta International Airport were a very serious problem. This is because this system error endangers the defense and security of the country.

"In my opinion it is very fatal, terrorists and criminals who are DPOs and other dangerous people are not detected entering and leaving this country," he said, when contacted.

Taufik said, although the results of the investigation by an independent team formed by the Minister of Law and Human Rights, the KPK was still obliged to carry out an investigation into the incident of Harun Masiku's escape at immigration.

"Changes in flight plans. Masiku and the transfer of entry from terminal 3 to terminal 2F need to be explored. Does he know there is a problem at terminal 2F? So he changes schedules and airlines," he said.

This NasDem politician assessed that if Harun found out about the problematic system at Terminal 2F, then there was an intention. So, who helped Harun needs to be traced. Without a thorough investigation, there will be no correct information about what happened.

"If the investigation is carried out and it is found intentionally. Then it is a violation of the law and becomes a scandal," he explained.
