The Case Of Hindrance To Investigation Of Former MA Secretary, Examination Of Witnesses From Private Employees
JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) continues to investigate the case of a hindrance to the investigation of the former Secretary of the Supreme Court (MA) who is now a defendant in the bribery and gratuity case, Nurhadi.
KPK investigators summoned a witness in this case, namely Shinta Septiana, to be examined as a witness to complete the case files in this case.
"Shinta Septiana, a private employee was questioned as a witness for the suspect FY (Ferdy Yusman)", said The KPK spokesman for Enforcement in his statement, Friday, January 29.
It is not yet known the examination material that will be studied in this examination. However, Shinta is suspected of knowing about the obstruction case that occurred when Nurhadi was still a fugitive from the KPK with his son-in-law, Rezky Herbiyono.
As previously reported, the KPK named Ferdy Yuman as a suspect in the obstruction case of the investigation of Nurhadi and Rezky Herbiyono.
Ferdy is a driver who works for Nurhadi. He played a role in renting the house where Nurhadi and his son-in-law were hiding when they became fugitives.
Not only that, but he was also the party trying to take away Nurhadi and Rezky when they were arrested by the KPK team some time ago.
As a result of his actions, Ferdy was then suspected of violating Article 21 of the Corruption Law related to obstruction of justice or obstructing investigations carried out on cases being investigated by the KPK.
