Viral Objection Letter On Medsos, This Is The Complete Statement Of The Eiger CEO
JAKARTA - Eiger is being discussed by netizens. This is because Eiger Advanture, one of the outdoor activity equipment brands, actually sent an objection letter to the YouTubers who reviewed their products. This story was uploaded to the Twitter account @duniadian, Thursday, January 28.
There are three things that they are concerned about, on the pretext that the video quality is not good, there is annoying sound outside the main video, and the location settings are not proper.
Hello @eigeradventure honestly surprised I got a letter like this from you. Even more surprised to read the objection points. I don't endorse product reviews. If you endorse or advertise, you can complain like that. Buy it, it's not free, then review using your own tool. pic.twitter.com/kZ0L5sjKAu

Shortly after this @duniadin's story went viral, Eiger gave his clarification. The following is the clarification quoted from the Twitter account @eigeradventure.
On behalf of the company PT Eigerindo Multi Produk Industri (MPI), as the company that houses the EIGER Adventure brand, we humbly convey our utmost apologies to the public for the problems that have occurred.
In connection with this, there are several things we can convey:
• Letters uploaded via Twitter account @duniadian are actually sent from our internal team.
• We realize that what we are doing is wrong and wrong. In fact, our initial intention and goal was to provide feedback to reviewers to make it even better. But once again, we realized that our way of delivering it was wrong.
Once again we apologize profusely to the Eigerian. May God always be with our good intentions.
Best regards,
Ronny Lukito
In this upload, besides the @eigeradventure account affixing this letter of apology, a statement of thanks is also written to Eigerian (an Eiger product user) who created content for Eiger.
Dear Eigerian, Responding to @duniadian's tweet with humility, we sincerely apologize. We realized what we were doing was wrong and wrong .. (1/2) pic.twitter.com/UObtreQT4C
