David Ozora Repensiveness, Criminal Expert Calls The Process Of Persecution

JAKARTA - A criminal law expert from Bina Nusantara University (Binus), Ahmad Sofian, assessed that the attitude shown by David Ozora was included in the process of persecution by the defendant Mario Dandy Satriyo.

Ahmad said that if the order was part of the scenario in the perpetrator's mind, then it would fall into the category of persecution process.

"Yes, if that's part of the scenario that exists in the mind of the perpetrator of the perpetrator's evil inner attitude, that when it comes to realizing the crime, it starts from picking up, treating the person, for example squatting, lying down or whatever, the next segment is beaten, the next segment is beaten, the next segment is thrown," said Ahmad.

"Well, if the attitude is part of the act, it's part of the scenario prepared by a cadre or a cadre, then that's part of the persecution process," he continued.
