David Ozora's Father Regrets Prosecutors Not Investigating Mario's Threat To Shooting
JAKARTA - David Ozora's father, Jonathan Latumahina, regretted that the prosecutor did not investigate the actions of the suspect Mario Dandy Satriyo who threatened the shooting of the victim in the case of abuse that occurred at Pesanggrahan, South Jakarta.
"There are very important points that have not been explored earlier, Amanda also said that the threat of shooting was not made by the public prosecutor (JPU) at all," said Jonathan at the South Jakarta District Court as reported by ANTARA, Tuesday, July 4.
Jonathan said that his party had requested that the prosecutors from the start testify in the trial to investigate the threat of shooting.
Because, according to him, there is a lot of complete evidence and it is already in the hands of the public prosecutor (JPU) to explore the threat.
"We have given the evidence until Amanda's testimony is stated, but the prosecutor like this is not important, it is more important to explore motives," he continued.
Similarly, David Ozora's attorney, Mellisa Anggraini, said that most of the follow-up trials of witness examinations that presented Anastasia Pretya Amanda (APA) only discussed motives.
"Almost 99 percent talked about motives, not being included in the formulation of articles related to severe abuse planned," said Mellisa.
Moreover, according to Mellisa, witness Amanda has provided evidence of an online conversation (chat) about the threat of shooting by Mario to David.
"Nothing is paid attention, as if it is not important to ask even though it is the most crucial part of this planning process," he said.
Meanwhile, in testimony, Amanda said David admitted that he was threatened with being shot by Mario if he was found lying about the news of AG's disappearance.

"There I was angry, then he said on the phone, David said he said if he lied he was threatened with a shot," said Amanda.
The follow-up trial of Mario Dandy Satriyo and Shane Lukas, namely the examination of witness and Mario's ex-girlfriend, Anastasia Pretya Amanda, was held this Tuesday at 09.00 WIB.
Mario (20) and Shane (19) were two defendants of mistreatment of David Ozora (17) on Monday (20/2), including involving AG's son (15) as a child in conflict with law (ABH).
