Porsche Launches Latest 911 Teaser, Latest Variant Or Special Edition?

JAKARTA - A sports car company from Germany, Porsche, recently released a teaser from the latest variant or a special edition ofTEN

In the teaser uploaded by the official Porsche France account, Tuesday, June 27, it shows that the Porsche 911 is parked in the garage area of the De La Sarthe Circuit race pit, Le Mans. Then, in front of him passed a Porsche 356 SL.

The parked Porsche 911 car is shown in a dark condition with a Porsche rear light that turns on. Even though it looks at first glance, this is enough to provide an overview of the 911.

Reported by Motor1, Tuesday, June 27, if the teaser image is explained, it will get a clearer picture of this 911. You can see the back of the 911 as well as the standard model.

However, there is a difference when compared to the standard Porsche 911 version. For the Porsche 911 which will come later with a special variant, a "911" emblem is presented at the bottom of Porsche's writing which is located under the back light.

Although it looks vague, at first glance the lower bumper has changed with a more sporting look, which leaves the impression that the 911 will have different performances and designs.

Porsche 911, which will be present, is the latest variant in the ranks of the sports model, not the 911 ST which has an aggressive appearance, especially in different shapes.

The presence of the car, which is near Porsche 356 SL, could be a clue if the 911 will be launched in a special edition.

For your information, the Porsche 356 SL was the winner of 24 Hours Le Mans 1951 in the 1,100 cc class. Porsche has a long history in the iconic race by winning 19 overall wins and 108 class wins. The 2023 season marks the manufacturer from Stuttgart returned to its main class since 2017 and managed to finish in 9th place in the Hypercar class.

Porsche often makes 911 special editions for several countries. For example, when Porsche released a special color for GTS in celebrating 30 years on the Thai market. Then, there is also the Carrera GTS Cabriolet America Edition which only sells 115 units. It's no surprise that Porsche will only sell the 911 only for the French region
