Zverev Denies Allegations Of Sexual Harassment Of His Ex-girlfriend, Olga Sharypova
JAKARTA - Alexander Zverev has publicly denied allegations of molesting his ex-girlfriend Olga Sharypova.
In an interview in December last year, Russian tennis player Sharypova accused German player Zverev of harassing her in the past via an Instagram post.
"Everything is a lie," Zverev told the Bild as quoted by MARCA.
"Today, with the power of social networks, you can be accused of anything.
"And the more you talk, the bigger the result."
Zverev added that he had not spoken to Sharypova since they broke up in 2019.
"She tried to get closer to me through my parents, but I didn't want to," concluded Zverev.
