Erick Thohir Keeps Didek Hartantyo As Managing Director Of KAI, But Fired 2 Other Directors
JAKARTA - BUMN Minister Erick Thohir carried out an overhaul in the board of directors of PT Kereta Api Indonesia (KAI). The decision is based on the Decree of the Minister of BUMN Number SK-28 / MBU / 01/2021 dated January 25, 2021.
In its decision, the BUMN Ministry appointed Didiek Hartantyo to return to become the President Director of PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero). In addition, the SOE Ministry also honorably dismissed Apriyono Wedi Chresnanto as Director of Operations and Azahari as Director of Facility Management, as the two people's terms of office had ended.
"We congratulate the Managing Director of KAI, Mr. Didiek Hartantyo, who was reappointed to lead KAI. Hopefully, it will continue to make achievements and bring progress to Indonesian railways," said PT KAI Corporate Secretary R. Dadan Rudiansyah in a written statement received, Tuesday, January 26.
Dadan, representing the management of KAI, also expressed his gratitude to Apriyono Wedi Chresnanto and Azahari who have devoted themselves to KAI.
"We also express our gratitude to Mr. Apriyono Wedi Chresnanto and Mr. Azahari for their dedication and dedication to KAI in order to help advance Indonesian railways," concluded Dadan.
