Mesum Case At Bus Stop, Central Jakarta City Government Asked Ormas And Youth Organization To Monitor Public Facilities

JAKARTA - The Central Jakarta City Government has asked the Heads of the Village and the Sub-District Heads to tighten security in social and public facilities to prevent immoral incidents such as what happened at the SMKN 34 Bus Stop, Senen, Central Jakarta.

"The regional government itself is too broad, so we also ask the FKDM (Community Early Awareness Forum) and community organizations to monitor it," said Central Jakarta Mayor Irwandi Daily Executive (Plh), as reported by Antara, Tuesday, January 26.

Tightening security in social facilities and public facilities is not only carried out in Senen but also in other sub-districts in Central Jakarta.

Apart from involving community organizations, Irwandi also said that he wanted to involve youth organizations to oversee public facilities and social facilities.

"Karang Taruna is also involved, not only in Senen sub-district but also in eight other districts," said Irwandi.

Previously reported, circulating on social media videos showing nasty acts of men and women. The police intervened to investigate these nasty acts.

The 13-second video was uploaded to the Twitter account @iinfojaksel. The video shows a couple engaging in oral sex at a bus stop in the Kramat Raya area, Central Jakarta.

At the end of the video a woman's voice is heard asking them to move to another place. "Just in the hotel sir, not there," shouted the woman in the video recording.

The police are conducting an investigation into this case. Finally, a woman with the initials M (21) who went viral on social media due to the act of perverted oral sex at the SMKN 34 Kramat Raya stop, Central Jakarta was arrested by the police. He admitted that he received Rp.22 thousand in return from his partner for carrying out the action.

Despite receiving tens of thousands of money in return, the police confirmed that the woman was not a commercial sex worker or a prostitute.

"Yes, I got Rp22,000 in return. That money was pocket money," said Senen police chief, Kompol Ewo Samono, to reporters, Monday, January 25.

It was found that this woman was not a prostitute after the police investigated her identity and occupation. As a result, this woman is a Menteng resident who does not have a job.

"Not (PSK). He does not work background," said Ewo.

In fact, from the results of the examination, this woman was not affected by alcohol or drugs. Thus, the police plan to conduct a judicial examination to ascertain the motive for the problem.

"Kejiawaan after this we will examine," said Ewo.

In this case, the police charged the woman with Article 281 of the Criminal Code concerning immoral acts in public. So that he was threatened with imprisonment for 2 years.
