Bareskrim Names 2 New Suspects In The FIN888 Trading Robot Case, One Of Them Is A Singaporean Citizen
The Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police has named two new suspects in the FIN888 trading robot case. One of them is a citizen (WN) Singapore.
"The suspects have the initials S and SG," said the Director of Special Economic Crimes at the National Police Criminal Investigation Agency Brigadier General Wisnu Hermawan in his statement, Friday, June 16.
For suspect S, he is the director of the exchange company. Meanwhile, SG is a Singaporean citizen as the owner of the Sametrade FX Broker. Both are still in the process of being arrested.
"The SG suspect is in the process of coordinating with the DivHubinter," he said.
Meanwhile, the other two suspects had the initials PC and CC. They have been detained at the Police Criminal Investigation Unit (Bareskrim) detention center.
Currently, investigators are preparing for the delegation process or stage two for the two suspects.
"Preparation for stage 2 of the suspect's surrender on behalf of PS and CC as well as evidence to the Attorney General's Office," said Wisnu.
