IHSG Early Fire Week, Foreign Investors Hunt For BRI And Bank Mandiri Shares
JAKARTA - The Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) weakened at the beginning of this week, Monday, January 25. JCI fell 0.77 percent or 48.55 points to 6,258.57.
Nine sectoral indexes fell along with the JCI. Only the financial sector strengthened, but 0.09 percent thin.
The volume of trading transactions today reached 16.52 billion shares with a transaction value of IDR 16.70 trillion. A total of 123 stocks rose, 383 stocks fell, and 128 stocks were stagnant.
Meanwhile, foreign investors recorded a net buy of IDR175 billion in all markets. The stocks with the largest net foreign investment were PT
Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk (BBRI) Rp.245.3 billion, PT Bank Mandiri Tbk (BMRI) Rp.94.2 billion, and PT Indah Kiat Pulp and Paper Tbk (INKP) Rp.45.6 billion.
Meanwhile, the stocks with the largest foreign net sales were PT Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk (BBNI) with IDR 73.6 billion, PT Bank Jago Tbk (ARTO) IDR 49.5 billion, and PT Astra International Tbk (ASII) IDR 48.1 billion.
