Apart From Sri Mulyani, Mbak Tutut's Company Was Also Sued By Tommy Soeharto
JAKARTA - Tommy Soeharto sued the Ministry of Finance under the leadership of Sri Mulyani. The son of former president Soeharto is suing Sri Mulyani, the ATR / BPN Ministry and the PUPR Ministry regarding the eviction of his buildings in the Depok-Antasari (Desari) toll road project area.
It is known that the building owned by a man whose real name is Hutomo Mandala Putra is an office building with an area of 1,034 square meters, a guard post covering an area of 15 square meters, a garage building with an area of ?? 57 square meters, and a land area of 922 square meters.
The lawsuit was filed by Tommy at the South Jakarta District Court on behalf of Hutomo Mandala Putra and registered under case number 35 / Pdt.G / 2021 / PN JKT.SEL. Prince Cendana objected to the project because his land and buildings were also evicted and he finally sued the Indonesian government for Rp56 billion.
This lawsuit has been registered since November 12, 2020. The first trial of this lawsuit will be held Monday, February 8, 2021 with the defendants in this case:

Seeing the name of PT Citra Waspphutowa, the company is a subsidiary of PT Citra Marga Nusaphala Persada Tbk or CMNP, which is a company owned by Tommy's brother, Siti Hardijanti Rukmana alias Mbak Tutut.
Citing CMNP's official website, Monday 25 January, CMNP has shares in PT Citra Waspputowa by 62.5 percent, PT Waskita Toll Road by 25 percent, and PT PP owns 12.5 percent.
The Toll Road Concession Agreement (PPJT) was signed on May 29, 2006 and amended on June 7, 2011 with a concession period of 40 years from the issuance of the Construction Commencement Order (SPMK).
The construction of the Depok-Antasari toll road is carried out by PT Girder Indonesia. This company is also affiliated with the Cendana family through Mbak Tutut's CMNP shares.
CMNP has been known as the king of private toll roads in Indonesia. His first project was the 19.03 km Cawang-Tanjung Priok Toll Road, which was built during Suharto's time as President of the Republic of Indonesia.
After building the Cawang-Tanjung Priok Toll Road, CMNP then built the Tanjung Priok-Pluit Toll Road which is now known as the Wiyoto Wiyono Toll Road. This toll road is an important access to Soekarno-Hatta Airport.
At CMNP, Mbak Tutut's daughter, Danty Indriastuti Purnamasari was also noted to have been the President Director.
Currently, the position of President Director of CMNP is held by Fitria Yusuf, daughter of toll road entrepreneur Jusuf Hamka. Currently, there are two majority shareholders in CMNP, namely BP2S Singapore at 45.25 percent and the public at 47.16 percent. The rest is a minority stake owned by PT Raja Berkah Tentram, amounting to 7.59 percent.
