Disgarkarut Kasus Dito Mahendra, Bareskrim Call Ketua RT, Babysitter, Hingga Saksi Sebelumnya

JAKARTA - The Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police continues to investigate a series of cases involving Dito Mahendra. Most recently, investigators will dig up information from the head of the RT environment to trailers regarding the case.

"Until now, other witnesses, namely WS, the head of the RT and S, are still being summoned," said Karo Penmas, Police Public Relations Division, Brigadier General Ahmad Ramadhan, to reporters, Wednesday, June 7.

In Dito Mahendra's series of cases, two cases were investigated, namely, alleged illegal possession of firearms (senpi) and hiding suspects or obstructing the investigation process.

Returning to the investigation process, investigators will also re-examine the witnesses who have been questioned. However, the number and identity were not specified.

Until now, only Nindy Ayunda is known to have been examined twice in both cases.

During the examination which took place on May 31, Nindy was asked 40 questions. However, he emphasized that he was not involved in Dito Mahendra's series of cases.

"Witnesses who have been summoned will be recalled," said Ramadhan.

As a reminder, Dito Mahendra has been named a suspect in the alleged possession of 9 illegal rifles. In fact, he is on the wanted list because he is always absent when summoned to provide information.

Not only about illegal senpi, Nindy's statement is also needed in investigating the suspicion of hiding the suspect. The investigation was based on a model A report regarding the alleged violation of Article 221 of the Criminal Code.
