Smudging The Good Name Of The Party, DPP PAN Asks AA To Be Severely Punished
JAKARTA - Chairman of the DPW PAN NTB, H Muazzim Akbar asked law enforcement officials to impose the heaviest sanctions for AA, the suspect of immoral acts against his own biological daughter.
"As ordered by the DPP PAN, we want to knock from the hearts of law enforcement officials. If this is true, they will be given the heaviest sanctions," said Muazzim Akbar, as reported by Antara, Saturday, January 23.
DPP PAN, said Muazzim, assessed what the suspect AA had done was immoral and tarnished the name of the party.
"There is no PAN cadre like that. Whoever the PAN cadre in NTB and Indonesia does not exist like that. Whoever we will treat it the same. Because this is not the moral of PAN cadres," he said.
According to him, DPP PAN strongly condemns the immoral acts of suspect AA against his own biological child. The DPP PAN has made a firm decision by disrespecting AA from party membership.
"We have coordinated with the PAN DPP that PAN regrets this can happen to PAN cadres, for that PAN's stance is to dismiss AA's brother disrespectfully from party cadres," said Muazzim.
He explained that the letter of dismissal of AA as a cadre had been issued by the PAN DPP. Muazzim admitted that from the PAN pre-congress in Kendari, Southeast Sulawesi, in February 2020, the suspect AA was no longer a PAN cadre, because it was against the PAN NTB policy in carrying the candidate for General Chairperson Zulkiefli Hasan.
"We were committed at that time for cadres who were not in line with being fired. It was proven that we had fired the five heads of the DPD PAN district. AA is no longer in charge, even we have removed the PAN membership card (KTA)," he explained.
Muazzim stated that he personally regretted this incident, but what happened was not the party's business.
"As a brother, a friend, a friend, of course I really regret it happened. Hopefully what happened was not true," he said.
