This Is How Pegadaian Helps MSMEs Upgrade Class

JAKARTA - PT Pegadaian developed and helped MSMEs advance to class through GadePreneur training as support to increase the competitiveness of MSMEs.

"This program has an advantage, namely MSMEs can directly discuss their business with professional mentors in the field of MSMEs. Training materials are made in easy-to-understand language and flexible time so that later participants do not completely leave or cancel their business," said PT Pegadaian Product Marketing and Development Director Elvi Rofiqotul Hidayah quoting Antara.

Elvi added that all participants will also be facilitated for the manufacture of permits such as corporate NPWP, Intellectual Work Rights (HAKI), Domestic Industry Products (PIRT) and so on.

GadePreneur is an MSME training and development program formed by Pegadaian for Customers, Agents, Business Partners and the General Public who want to develop and improve entrepreneurial competence.

This program will be implemented in 12 cities throughout Indonesia taking into account the potential and advantages of very diverse MSMEs.

Program registration, starting on June 1-18, 2023 by accessing the Gadepreneur website. It is targeted that this program will involve 360 MSME actors in 12 cities.

After the training is complete, all participants will take part in the MSME expo, and it is listed as an MSME assisted by PT Pegadaian.

Elvi hopes that this program can help MSMEs to advance to class as well as improve the business capabilities of business actors. This aims to increase competitiveness and expand the network to the international level, both through conventional and digital marketing mechanisms.

"We hope that the GadePreneur program will be one way for Pegadaian to take part in the development journey of Indonesian MSMEs and support the MSME program to advance to class," he said.
