Three days after the joke, which was considered a satire, the perpetrator followed the victim with a sharp weapon and stabbed the victim on Jalan Koto Gasib, Siak. The victim's friend was also attacked by the perpetrator but managed to escape from a sharp weapon.

"The reporter, namely the victim's friend, immediately asked for help. Meanwhile, the perpetrator fled using a motorcycle, ”he said.

After being taken to the nearest puskesmas, victim S's life was not saved. The police who received the report of this incident conducted an investigation until they finally managed to arrest the perpetrator on January 18.

The perpetrator was charged under Article 340 of the Criminal Code, a subsidiary of Article 338 of the Criminal Code. Now the perpetrator with the initials K is detained at the Siak Police Headquarters.
