2 Young Women In Kendari Arrested By Police For Circulating Narcotics
JAKARTA - Southeast Sulawesi Police's Directorate of Drug Research (Ditresnarkoba) officers arrested 2 young women with the initials M (22) and HN (22). Both are suspected of being involved in the circulation of methamphetamine-type narcotics in Kendari City.
South Sulawesi Police Dirresnarkoba Kombes Muhammad Eka Faturrahman said the perpetrators were arrested at the same boarding house but at different times.
"Perpetrator M was arrested on Thursday, January 21, at the boarding house in Lorong Toko 3, Dapu-Dapura Village, Kendari Barat District, with a total of 24 sachets of evidence suspected of being a narcotic type of crystal meth weighing 8.04 grams," said Eka. January
Meanwhile, the NH perpetrators were arrested in the early hours of this morning at around 01.00 WITA. The evidence confiscated by the officer was 13 sachets of crystal meth weighing 28.66 grams.
"The arrests of the two perpetrators originated from public information about the existence of a methamphetamine drug dealer in the area," said Eka.
These illegal items were obtained by the two actors from their colleagues in Kendari City and then circulated or sold them to the users. Currently the two actors and evidence are at the Headquarters of the Southeast Sulawesi Police Ditresnarkoba for further investigation and development.
Both of them are charged with Article 114 paragraph (2) subsidiary to Article 112 paragraph (2) RI Law Number 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics with the threat of death penalty, life imprisonment or imprisonment for a minimum of 6 years and a maximum of 20 years.
