Police Find Digital Evidence Of Mario Dandy's Alleged Obscenity Case
JAKARTA - Polda Metro Jaya found digital evidence in handling the alleged molestation case committed by Mario Dandy Satriyo against AG. The status of the case was also upgraded to the investigation stage.
"We have carried out the examination of witnesses. It was in nature yesterday in the investigation phase that clarification was obtained. We also obtained digital evidence," said Director of General Criminal Investigation of the Metro Jaya Police, Kombes Hengki Haryadi, to reporters, Sunday, May 28.
However, it was not clearly explained the form of the digital evidence in question. It was only conveyed that it was one of the references of the investigative team in the case title process related to criminal violations.
"Then yesterday the results of the case title, the investigative team stated that it had been fulfilled that there had indeed been a offense or a criminal act of obscenity as suspected," he said.
The next step in handling the case is that investigators will again examine witnesses and look for other evidence.
The case title process will be carried out again in order to find regularity, until finally the process of determining the suspect.
"Therefore, after this fingerprint is raised, we will re-examine the witness, namely pro justicia. Then we will make adjustments to the evidence related to this case," said Hengki.

The alleged molestation case originated from the report of the AG camp. The report is registered with the number STTLP/B/2445/V/2023/SPKT/POLDA METRO JAYA dated May 8.
In that case, Mario Dandy is suspected of violating Article 76D in conjunction with Article 81 and Article 76 E in conjunction with Article 82 of the Child Protection Law.
