Recidivist Of Sabu In Ambon Demanded 10 Years In Prison
AMBON - Public Prosecutor (JPU) Kejari Ambon Ella Ubleuw demanded Mohammad Rizal Tuhulele, who is a recidivist in a criminal case of drug abuse of methamphetamine for 10 years in prison.
"Asking the panel of judges who examined and tried this case to declare the defendant guilty of violating Article 112 paragraph (2) Juncto Article 144 paragraph (1) of Law Number 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics," said the Public Prosecutor in Ambon as reported by ANTARA, Friday, May 19.
The prosecutor submitted the claim in a trial led by the chairman of the Ambon District Court, Haris Tewa, accompanied by two member judges.
Mohammad Rizal was charged with allegedly committing a crime without the right to own, store, control, or provide narcotics class one instead of a shabu plant after three years serving a sentence for a similar case.

The defendant was also demanded to pay a fine of Rp. 1 billion, subsidiary to six months in prison.
Mo calmad Rizal Tuhulele was arrested by the police on Thursday (12/1) 2023 at around 14:42 WIT in front of a fuel sales depot for the Aster complex.
The public prosecutor said that the evidence in the form of 45 packages of methamphetamine consisting of 15 small clear clamp plastics were wrapped with tissue and then packaged in clear plastic plastic. There are 30 packages of crystal methamphetamine in small clear clamp plastic that are put into one medium-sized plastic so that the total is 27.10 grams of crystal methamphetamine.
