4 People Sprinkling Loud Lover Couples In Pekanbaru Arrested, Their Motives Are Heartbroken Because Of The Viral Demo

PEKANBARU - Pekanbaru Police, arrested four perpetrators who were paid to pour hard water on residents for viralizing the demonstration in Kampar Regency.

"In this case, a woman initially reported that there was pouring hard water on Jalan Tamtama, Labuh Baru, last Wednesday. The victim, with her boyfriend, suddenly approached four people and was splashed with hard water," said Pekanbaru Police Chief Kombes Nandang Mu'min. Wijaya was quoted by Antara, Wednesday, January 20.

He explained that the victims of the hard water sprinkling were two residents named Heggi (26) and Indah (26). Both of them had wounds on their faces as a result of being splashed with hard water.

The four perpetrators were J. Sitorus (28), Elda Pardede (26), Trisurya (18) and Fajar G. (51). They were arrested at a hotel in Pekanbaru on 18 January.

Nandang explained that the motive for the crime was allegedly due to the offense of a perpetrator with the initials RU who is still at large. Ru felt resentment because the demonstration in Kampar Regency some time ago was disseminated "viral" on social media by the victim.

"The motive for being hurt towards the victim. The victim is neutralizing the perpetrators' demonstration. Because this victim is neutralizing the act of the demonstration and that's where the hurt arises," he said.

According to him, RU is suspected of being the mastermind of the crime by paying the four perpetrators arrested Rp. 8 million each to pour hard water on the victim.

"The four perpetrators were arrested. JS was the executor who watered the victim. EP rode a motorcycle, TS hitched a ride with FG to follow the victim and finally watered the victim. They had a bad consensus to abuse the victim and this was quite sadistic," he said.

The police are now detaining the perpetrators at the Police Headquarters and charged them with Article 355 paragraph (1) Jo. Article 353 paragraph (1) and 351 KUHP with a threat of 12 years.
