Attorney General Holds Italian Citizen, Corruption Mafia, Tanah Labuan Bajo, Which Costs The State Rp1.3 Trillion
KUPANG - The East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) High Prosecutor's Office has arrested Nizzardo Fabio, an Italian citizen, in a criminal case involving the sale of land assets in Labuan Bajo, West Manggarai Regency. This case is said to have resulted in a loss of state finances of Rp 1.3 trillion.
"It is true that today another suspect detained by investigators is NF (Nizzardo Fabio), an Italian citizen in the case of the sale of government land assets in Labuan Bajo," said Head of the NTT High Prosecutor's Office, Yulianto through the Head of the Legal Information and Public Relations Section of the NTT High Prosecutor's Office, Abdul Hakim. quoted by Antara, Wednesday, January 20.
Special crimes investigators from the NTT High Prosecutor's Office have named 17 suspects in the case of selling 30 hectares of land owned by the government of West Manggarai Regency.
A total of 16 people have been detained, out of 17 suspects suspected of being involved in the sale of the West Manggarai government land asset which caused state finances of Rp1.3 trillion.
Abdul Hakim said that Nizzardo Fabio was one of the land mafia in Labuan Bajo along with the suspect Veronika Sukur, who had already been detained by the NTT High Prosecutor's Office.
According to him, two foreign nationals from Italy have been detained by the NTT High Court investigators in the Labuan Bajo land case, namely Nizzaro Fabio and Maxiano.
Meanwhile, according to Abdul Hakim, the detention of the West Manggarai Regent, Agustinus Ch Dulla has not been carried out because he is still waiting for permission from the Minister of Home Affairs.
