BLBI Task Force Confiscates Debtor's Assets Of PT Detta Marina Worth IDR 556.29 Billion

The Task Force for Handling State Collection Rights for the Bank Indonesia Liquidity Assistance Fund (BLBI Task Force) confiscated the assets of debtor PT Detta Marina in the form of a plot of land along with a building above it with an estimated asset value of Rp556.29 billion.

Head of the BLBI Task Force Rionald Silaban said Detta Marina is a debtor of the former National Bank Restructuring Agency (BPPN) which is currently managed by the Ministry of Finance.

The debt holders are Kim Johanes Mulia (Director), Stanley Gouw (President Director), Nori Cendrawati (President Commissioner), George Gouw (Commissioner), and Amril Rasyid (Commissioner).

The confiscated assets were in the form of a plot of land along with a building on it covering an area of 35,765 m2 according to the Building Use Right Certificate (SHGB) Number 171, located on Jalan Raya Bogor Km 28, Pasar Rebo District, Jakarta, with an estimated value of this asset based on the selling value of the tax object amounting to Rp556.29 billion.

These assets are collateral from Detta Marina which was confiscated in order to settle the receivable obligations to the state which until now have not been fulfilled in the amount of 69.19 million US dollars, not including the administrative costs (BIAD) of 10 percent.

Rionald revealed that this confiscation was carried out by the BLBI Task Force through the Ministry of Finance I's Department of State Property and Auction Service Office (KPKNL), which was attended by

Chairman of the Secretariat of the BLBI Task Force Purnama Sianturi, Head of the Regional Office of the Directorate General of State Assets (DJKN) of the Ministry of Finance of DKI Jakarta Mahmudysah, and the Head of the KPKNL of the Ministry of Finance Jakarta I Wildan Ahmad Fananto.

Then, there is the BLBI Bareskrim Gakkum Task Force AKBP Bobby Kusumawardhana, AKBP Aris Wibowo, AKBP Effe Zulkifli from the East Jakarta Police Headquarters, East Jakarta Police Chief, Pasar Rebo Police Chief, East Jakarta Kodim, Satpol PP, and local government officials.

Detta Marina's assets that have been confiscated will continue with the management process by the State Receivables Affairs Committee (PUPN) through a mechanism as regulated in applicable regulations.

The BLBI Task Force will consistently continue to make ongoing efforts to ensure that the return of state collection rights can be fulfilled, through a series of efforts such as blocking, confiscation, and selling assets of collateral and other assets owned by obligors or debtors, who have so far received BLBI funding facilities and have not or did not complete their obligations to the state properly.
