The National Police Opens Opportunities For Collaboration With BUMN, Use The Delivery System For SIM-STNK

JAKARTA - Komjen Listyo Sigit Prabowo underwent a fit and proper test as a candidate for National Police Chief at Commission III of the Indonesian Parliament, Wednesday, January 20. In the test, Listyo was accompanied by several high-ranking officers in the Bhayangkara corps to other important officials.

One of the targets of Komjen Listyo Sigit Prabowo is repair and improvement of services to the community. This target is to increase public trust and at the same time display a more humane face of the Police.

Services that need to be improved, according to Komjen Listyo, are the manufacture of STNK, ticketing certificates, driving licenses to SKCK. It's no longer an open secret, document processing has become a wetland for police officers to take personal advantage.

In the future, the National Police will again maximize this type of service using the application. The community no longer needs to come to the police station to take care of all the necessary equipment.

"We take advantage of technological developments so that people do not come to the police station. Just enter the application, from the application the community can get services," said Komjen Listyo.

If necessary, to obtain physical documents, such as a SIM or STNK, the Police will use a delivery system through various service providers available.

"Of course this has to work with state-owned enterprises, for example PT Pos and it can be included as the official tariff for entering the country. The point is how we make services better, easier so that people don't have to bother coming to the police station," he said.

In addition to public services, Listyo, who serves as the Head of Criminal Investigation of the Police, is also committed to improving the internal solidity of the Police. To his subordinates or high-ranking officers at the National Police, Listyo advised them to work as much as possible and not to think about career paths or positions.

Because, under his leadership, all members who excel will have the same opportunity to sit in strategic positions.

"We will arrange it proportionally, seniors still have space, we give high-achieving juniors a chance. We test, we see from competence. We are no longer busy thinking about it because there are parameters, standards and assessments. how come the parameters, "

"Members just need to think about how to work well, don't bother what I have to give to the leadership, but how to work and serve the community. That's where colleagues can compete to find the best achievements," said the three-star general.
