116 Thousand Vehicles Passing On The Cipali Toll Road On D+2 Eid Backflow 2023

JAKARTA - Astra Tol Cipali noted, as many as 116 thousand vehicles have crossed the Cipali Toll Road, until D+2 Lebaran 2023 or Tuesday, April 25, 2023. This figure is down 1 percent in difference compared to the prediction of backflow with a total of 117 thousand vehicles.

"Astra Tol Cipali predicts that the peak return flow of Lebaran 2023 will occur on D+3 and D+4 Eid or on April 25 and 26, 2023, with the prediction of traffic volume passing through the Cipali Toll Road on D+3 Lebaran or on Tuesday, April 25, 2023 as many as 118 thousand vehicles," said Head of the Operations Division of Astra Tol Cipali Sri Mulyo in a written statement, Tuesday, April 25.

To anticipate the density that occurred on the Cipali Toll Road from the direction of Java, Astra Tol Cipali together with Korlantas Polri have implemented a one way system since Monday, April 24, 2023 starting at 14:45 WIB, starting from GT Kalikangkung to the Cipali Toll Road.

"When implementing this one way, it adjusts to conditions in the field and also directions from the Korlantas Polri," said Sri Mulyo.

Astra Tol Cipali also invites road users not to travel on April 25-26, 2023, because it is to avoid the peak density of homecoming flow.

"Astra Tol Cipali imposed a toll tariff discount of 20 percent on April 27, 2023 at 06:00 WIB until April 29, 2023 at 06:00 WIB," he said.

Sri Mulyo also appealed to road users to always drive orderly during the 2023 Lebaran backflow, by ensuring that the driver's vehicle and physical condition is healthy and prime.

"Don't travel if you are physically tired. Immediately rest in the nearest rest area or exit the nearest toll gate to rest and take a tour of culinary for a moment with your family," he ordered.
