Initially Asked To Be Taken To The Mosque, It Turned Out That 2 Men Had Hypnotized A Woman And Took The Gold Bracelet
MAKASSAR - Two hypnotists in Pangkajene Islands (Pangkep) were arrested by the police. The two perpetrators, the man with the initials As (50) and the woman Et (40), took action in Pangkajene Islands (Pangkep), South Sulawesi.
"Saturday, 16 January evening, at the City of Parepare, the Resmob unit team arrested 2 perpetrators on suspicion of fraud and embezzlement using hypnosis," said Head of Sub-Directorate for Criminal Investigation of South Sulawesi Regional Police, Kompol Suprianto, to VOI, Monday, January 18.
Kompol Suprianto, revealed that the two suspects carried out the action by visiting the victim's house. Initially the two perpetrators asked for help to be escorted to the Grand Mosque to donate.
"At that time the victim was in front of his house in the morning, where the alleged perpetrator came to the victim and asked for help to be taken to the mosque to donate," said Police Commissioner Suprianto.
After arriving at the Great Mosque of Pangkep, the victim was asked to take ablution water and asked to remove his gold jewelry and entrust it to the perpetrator. However, after the victim finished taking ablution water, the victim did not see the alleged perpetrator.
"The victim felt aggrieved and reported the incident to Pangkep Police Headquarters for further legal proceedings," he said.
The victim reports to the police. From here the police moved and arrested the two perpetrators along with evidence. The perpetrator was then taken to the Pangkep Police Headquarters.
"There is also evidence that was secured by a car that the perpetrator used when carrying out the action, a gold bracelet weighing 16 grams, and a black wallet," said Suprianto.
It is suspected that the perpetrator had already acted several times in Pangkep.
"There were several crime scenes (crime scenes) of fraud with victim hypnosis in the jurisdiction of the Pangkep Police which were also carried out by the perpetrators," said Suprianto.
