The End Of The Polemic Of Lucinta Luna's Cell Placement In Prison
JAKARTA - Artist Lucinta Luna was arrested by the police for a drug case. Now, he is being held in a women's cell, although the police were confused about how to place Lucinta according to her gender. Because, at the beginning of the police investigation, Lucinta Luna had a female KTP, but in her passport it was written as a male.
Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya, Kombes Yusri Yunus, said that Lucinta Luna's placement in a women's cell was based on the decision made by the South Jakarta District Court regarding gender change. However, Lucinta received a special cell and was separated from other female prisoners.
"So that we will place it in the women's cell. Although, we will place it in a special (temporary) cell at Polda Metro Jaya," said Yusri in Jakarta, Thursday, February 13, 2019.
Yusri straightened out, at first the police were confused about placing Lucinta because of the gender differences on this celebgram's ID card and passport. This difference occurs because the passport obtained by the investigator is an old publication and has not been modified by the Department of Population and Civil Registry (Dukcapil).
"Yesterday I also told you that the KTP was female, while the passport was male, it is true, because yesterday we handed over the old passport," said Yusri.
"But after the court's decision was issued with permanent legal force, he has made another new passport with the female gender," he added.
Gender changes
Based on the decision letter issued by the Jakarta District Court in December 2019, Lucinta Luna's gender status is considered valid by the state as a woman. Even in that decision, a change in identity was written from the previous Muhammad Fatah to Ayluna Putri.
"Now the status concerned is a woman legally and legally from the court, with the name changed from MF to AP," said Yusri.
The verdict also contains several important points, one of which is an order to the Dukcapil Office to immediately change all letters relating to the identity of Lucinta Luna.
"Then, the third point asks the Population Service to change gender, including the birth certificate concerned, the status of the sex from male to female and the name to change from MF to AP," said Yusri.
Lucinta Luna is dealing with the police because she is suspected of being involved in a narcotics abuse case. Because, in his bag, the police found illegal drugs. From the urine test, Lucinta was positive for benzoate.
Lucinta Luna was arrested along with three of her colleagues, H, D, and N, Tuesday, February 11. They were dragged into the case because they were with Lucinta in a unit of the Thamrin City Apartment, Central Jakarta.
From the arrest, the police found 2 points of Tramadol and 7 points of Reklona, as well as 3 points of ecstasy which were found in the apartment unit's trash. Currently, the police are still investigating the ownership of the espionage.
