Hannover Messe 2023 Opens Opportunities For Indonesia To Cooperate With Various Companies
JAKARTA - The Hannover Messe 2023 Exhibition provides a great opportunity to realize Indonesia's vision of being included in the top 10 countries that have the strongest economies in the world by 2030. The Ministry of Industry (Kemenperin) facilitates a number of industry players to participate in the largest exhibition in the world.
These efforts, apart from introducing technological advantages, also open up opportunities for cooperation between Indonesian and German companies
"Indonesia's participation as the Official Partner Country Hannover Messe 2023 is expected to expand and open up new partnership opportunities for co-exhibitors who participate," said Minister of Industry (Menperin) Agus Gumiwang Kartasasmita in a written statement, Friday, April 21.
The Association of Indonesian Food and Beverage Producers (GAPMMI) as co-exhibitors at Hannover Messe 2023 succeeded in attracting the interest of one of the technology companies from Singapore and Germany, MARS-ENVOTEC, to carry out cooperation.
In a business meeting, on Monday, April 17, MARS-ENVOTEC agreed to support the circular economy industry by developing technology, as well as knowledge related to the recycling process.
MARS-ENVOTEC offers innovative and holistic solutions for the widespread application of advanced waste transformation technology. Various waste ingredients can be transformed back into clean and renewable energy.
CEO of MARS-ENVOTECrah Ische said the company plans to implement waste management solutions from upstream to downstream to make synthetic fuels and other green energy products from city, plastic and organic waste in Indonesia.
"In addition, with the establishment of this collaboration with GAPMMI, Indonesia will be the first country in Asia to have the opportunity to use recycled equipment and green energy MARS-ENVOTEC," he said.
MARS-ENVOTEC will also join the PIDI 4.0 (Digital Industry Center 4.0) of the Ministry of Industry as a renewable energy expert and waste management.
On this occasion, the Director General of Resilience, Region, and International Industrial Access at the Ministry of Industry, Eko SA Cahyanto, said that his party will continue to support the development of industrial technology and its supporters.
"Moreover, the implementation of the recycling industry cooperation can be Indonesia's first step to meet the needs of circular economy and net zero carbon," he said.
It is known that currently, the solution for sorting waste and food for the food and beverage industry, as well as other industries, has shown a global trend of rapid development.
The participation of business actors in the sustainable technology sector in Hannover Messe 2023 is expected to encourage breakthroughs in the form of digital and climate-neutral transformations.
