3 Bodies Of Sriwijaya Air SJ 182 Victims Handed Over To Families

JAKARTA - The National Police's Disaster Victim Identification (DVI) team handed over the bodies of three victims of the Sriwijaya Air plane crash, PK-CLC SJ 182 registration number to the family, Sunday, January 17.

"Today the DVI team and the hospital have handed over the bodies of three victims to the families," said the National Police Headquarters of the National Police Brigadier General Rusdi Hartono at a press conference at the National Police Hospital, Kramat Jati, Jakarta, as reported by Antara.

Rusdi explained that the three bodies that were handed over were named Arifin Ilyas, Makrufatul Yeti, and Khasanah.

Thus, until Sunday evening, the total number of bodies of victims of the crash of the Sriwijaya Air Airplane registration number PK-CLC SJ 182 which has been submitted to the family is 15 people.

"15 bodies have been handed over to the family for burial," said Rusdi.

As for the number of victims who were identified by the DVI Polri Team up to Sunday evening, there were 29 people, each on behalf of Okky Bisma, Khasanah, Fadly Satrianto, Asy Habul Yamin, Indah Halimah Putri, Agus Minarni, Ricko. Ihsan Adhlan Hakim, Mia Trasetyani, Yohanes Suherdi.

Furthermore Pipit Priyono, Supianto, Toni Ismail, Dinda Amelia, Isti Yudha Prastika, Putri Wahyuni and Rahmawati, Makrufatul Yeti, Rosi Wahyuni, Rizki Wahyudi, Nelly, Beben Sopian, Arifin Ilyas, Arneta Fauzia, Yunni Dwi Saputri, Iuskandar, Oke Durrotul Jannah , Fao Nuntius Zai, and one person who was not identified based on the family's request.

Previously, the Sriwijaya Air aircraft PK-CLC SJ registration number 182 Jakarta-Pontianak route lost contact on Saturday, January 9 at 14:40 WIB, then crashed in the waters of the Thousand Islands between Lancang Island and Laki Island.

The plane took off from Soekarno Hatta Airport at 14.36 WIB. The schedule was delayed from the previous flight schedule at 13.35 WIB. Departure delays due to weather factors.

Based on manifest data, the aircraft produced in 1994 carried 62 people consisting of 50 passengers and 12 crew members. Of these, 40 adults, seven children, three babies. Meanwhile, the 12 crew consists of six active crews and six extra crews.
