Jakarta Weather Today, Sunny Cloudy And Light Rain

JAKARTA - The Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) predicts that Jakarta and its surrounding areas will have the potential to rain with moderate to heavy intensity.

As for North Jakarta and the Thousand Islands, this morning will be sunny and cloudy. Meanwhile, the other four areas of Jakarta will drizzle or rain with light intensity.

"Be aware of the potential for moderate to heavy rain accompanied by lightning / lightning in South Jakarta and East Jakarta in the afternoon until late at night," explained BMKG in an early warning, Sunday, January 17.

The average temperature for the entire region is within the normal range, namely 24 to 32 degrees Celsius with humidity reaching 65 percent to 100 percent.

Light rain is also expected to fall in most areas during the day. Among others, West Jakarta, Central Jakarta, South Jakarta, and the eastern part of the capital city.

Meanwhile, cloudy sunny weather conditions will decorate Depok, Bogor, Bekasi and Tangerang cities this morning. However, BMKG warned of potential rain accompanied by strong winds for the Bogor Regency area.
